The King Edward Medical University will hold its annual convocation, 2011, on May 28 at the Library Hall of the university. According to a press release, the graduates from 1998 to 2006 will also be awarded degrees. Medal will also be given to position holders. On the same day the foundation stone of a new block of the university will also be laid. The new block will consist of offices of administration, lecture theatres, conference rooms and video conference rooms. There will also be inauguration of “donor wall” to generate funds for development of the university from the university alumni.
